A new undercover video by the group known as LiveAction shows a Planned Parenthood staffer lying about the development of the preborn child. U.S. Supreme Court Justice John Paul Stevens, a consistent defender of the tragic ruling known as Roe v. Wade, is retiring. That means President Barack Obama will be nominating his second Justice to the High Court. The right thing to do would be to nominate someone who is a strict constructionist, and who will not legislate from the bench.
