Thanks to your efforts, the House of Representatives passed the Stupak-Pitts Amendment, barring federal funding of abortion under health care reform. National Right to Life notes that we’ll face battles ahead in the U.S. Senate and in the conference committee to keep abortion funding out of health care reform, but this is an important first critical step. National Right to Life also points out that concerns remain about medical rationing under health care reform which could lead to euthanasia.
